The breakfast was very good and the staff in the kitchen was really cool and helpful. There were a lot of food items available, including juice, tea, coffee, curd, paratha with potato vegetable and many more sweet dishes. The hotel is situated outside the historic part of town but within a brisk walk and has great potential.

The hot water was not working and there was no in-room safe. We also had problems with the key card on several occasions.

The hotel's location is a major advantage, with a close proximity to the station and easy access to the main road. the staff is friendly and helpful, with reception available all hours. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of food options, served by cool staff in the kitchen.

Some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and some staff members were found to be less attentive or rude.
